Problem Product availability

Hi, I’m having problems viewing the online availability of the product on the ornelladambrosio.it site. Often it is out of stock when in fact the availability in stock is there. In fact there is not even the possibility to add to the cart because the button becomes non-clickable.
We have also updated everything to the latest version (templates, wordpress and plugins) and nothing has changed.We have also contacted the technical support of the purchased template (JupiterX theme in our case) and even after their verifications they cannot explain the problem and they invited me to contact you directly.
How is it resolved? We believe this is a Woocommerce bug.
