OK, good to know for sure.
But won’t all these php errors affect server load? And doesn’t google note the number of errors and mark that against your site in terms of it’s rankings?

Hi again, I have now had time to do some further tests:

Disabling other plugins doesn’t seem to make a difference;

BUT if I switch to the standard WP 2015 theme, then the clicked image opens as expected (instead of always opening at the first image as the problem above) but then I’m unable to scroll through them in the Lightbox.

The other plugin that I’m using to work directly with your plugin is WP Custom Links but even deactivating this one doesn’t resolve the problem.

I’ve submitted a ticket to the Kleo theme authors about which Lightbox they use, and will post back when I hear.

And the php errors shown in Firefox on the page with your gallery in are these:

Error: fbstatic-a.akamaihd.net : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
Error: about:blank : Unable to run script because scripts are blocked internally.

but I have no idea what that means! Sorry.

As we’re in the early dev stage for this site I’d prefer to email you a link to an eg page, rather than post it here – hope that’s OK?

The Lightbox seems to work perfectly with it – just always from the beginning!

Thanks for helping to look into this. From what Edward thinks (at BPS Pro) it seems it might just be an unlucky coincidence of some odd server setting which triggers this error in conjunction with your plugin for some reason, and he’s very kindly going to take at look at it on my site. Sorry if this is a wild goose chase and I apologise for potentially reflecting badly on you Josh, as I know your plugin is great! It’s just my knowledge isn’t sufficient to determine if it’s anything else.

I will post the outcome here for anyone else to find.
