Thank you for using Custom Sidebars. I am not able to replicate this issue on my site. Did you recently switch themes? Please share your domain with us so we can take a closer look.
No I did not change the theme recently. My website is http://www.buyflatonline.com. But looking at website won’t show the error. It is in the admin side when I go to Appereance -> Widgets, there is no option to add new sidebar which was there earlier. I have created many sidebars earlier but now that option has vanished. If you want I can share my admin login details as well. But is it safe to share here as it is visible to all I guess.
Thanks
Also the widget page has become non responsive. I am not able to anything on that page.
Hello @bsdanu
Would you please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin?
Will the “Create New Sidebar” button show up, while all the other plugins are deactivated?
If everything is well, activate one plugin at the time till you find the plugin that has caused it.
If you do not wish to make this test on your live site, try the Maintainance mode plugin, otherwise, create a development copy of your site and run the test there.
Let me know how it went!
Kind regards,
NastiaI tried deactivating all the plugins and activating again one by one but Create new Sidebar is not showing at all. Kindly help
I have the same problem.
In the Widget Admin only the left 1/3 of the page has widgets. The custom sidebars that I had, they have all disappeared.
On the left 1/3 I have three headings:
Available widgets with two columns of widgets below
Inactive sidebar (not used)
Inactive sidebar (not used)
Inactive widgets.I deleted the plugin and reinstalled version 2.1.1.5 and that brought back my functionality. I had to change the sidebar page to “accessibility mode” which you can click on the top of the page.
I previously tried reinstalling 2.1.2.0 but that didn’t work. So, I skipped back a few versions. I didn’t try each one by one going backward.
Well, don’t do what I did. After I clicked accessibility mode. I saw the custom sidebars. But when I left to write the above note, I tried to get into the widget page and it had disappeared.
Hi @bsdanu,
Can you go to Widgets page in Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac), this should open browser console and if there are any messages there please paste them here so we can check them out.
@tonycarnes can you please start new thread per forum rules and we will check this further for you as well.
Thank you,
PredragOk, I wasn’t trying to get answers to my question per se but just help@bsdanu

Hello,
I am still waiting for your help. I have already given the error which I am getting in the browser console. Thanks
Hi @bsdanu,
Thanks for the info, but unfortunately still can’t find anything like this on my installation.
Could you give us some more info about your setup, which WP version you use, what’s the theme active on your site, which PHP version you have?
Cheers,
PredragThank you for using Custom Sidebars. I am going to mark this topic resolved because we haven’t heard from you in awhile. If this issue was not resolved we can reopen it. Thanks again!
