Leider trifft nichts davon zu. Bestellung und Klick auf den Link in der Mail geschehen vom selben Gerät aus, keine Cookies blockiert, kein Inkognito-Modus, keine Verzögerung zwischen beiden Aktionen. Das Problem besteht ausschließlich bei Paypal Plus, nicht bei anderen Zahlungsweisen und (wie ja bereits geschrieben) nur auf iPhone/Safari (soweit bekannt, zumindest besteht es nicht auf Desktop/Chrome/Firefox und Android/Chrome).
Noch irgendwelche Ideen, zB auch wie man den Fehler näher eingrenzen könnte?

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Leider hat das Deaktivieren der Germanized-Option nichts gebracht. Es ist ja auch so, dass es auf einigen Geräten funktioniert (Desktop oder Android), aber auf iPhone/Safari nicht.
Noch ne Idee?

I have the same problem, but cannot rollback to a previous version because the tags are not correctly set in SVN. The latest available version in SVN is 2.8.3, which is very old.
Can you provide a download for a older (but not that old) version to be able to rollback until a new version is available?

So it looks like the main problem ist that my session is not recognized and therefor not whitelisted:
“It seems that the user session set by NinjaFirewall was not found by the firewall script.”
– although the line above it says “Username: You are whitelisted by the firewall.”
I already logged out and in again multiple times.
Can that be the reason?

this definitely happend in Outlook 2007, but perhaps also in newer versions of Outlook.

I tested everal classes, but nothing worked. But I also contacted the author of the other plugin and he found a possibility to fix it.
So now both plugins are compatible. 🙂

I found out, that the Plugin “LazyLoader” (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/lazy-loading-responsive-images/) is the reason for the problem. After deactivating the plugin, the video thumbnail is shown again and the CSS dimensions are correctly set. The plugin has a setting to define CSS classes of elements that should be ignored. But I was not able to define the correct class.
Do you have an idea how that could be fixed?

the reason for this JS error are filenames / image titles that consist of numbers only (titles like e.g. “01”, “45”, … created based on filenames like 01.jpg, 45.jpg etc.).
JS recognizes these as numbers in the variable, but the replace function can only work on strings.
Can you please fix this in the plugin?

I saw this behaviour for different hosts and I think that it only hapens in the last time. Never had this problem before with BackWPup.
I also found out, that if the job is really finished, the log is complete and shows the correct data.

the problem still exists with Avada 5.1.5.
When I try to edit a site in the backend the following JS error appears:dropping module because define wasn’t a string.
