In reply to: [Zoho Mail for WordPress] Reply-To optionYou can set a ReplyTo address for the emails sent through the plugin, provided that the To address is the same as the From address you configure.
This is done to prevent any abuse through Zoho Mail.

In reply to: [Zoho Mail for WordPress] This has been a nightmare…The top level domains given on the configuration page (.com, .eu, .in.,) indicates the service location from where you have signed up for our service. In case, if you use mail.zoho.com to access your Zoho Mail account, then please choose ‘.com’ and proceed with the configuration.
Further, we will update the information on our help document and shall try to change the text in the configuration page for more clarity.

In reply to: [Zoho Mail for WordPress] Does not work for .net domains?Please check the URL using which the user accesses Zoho Mail. If its mail.zoho.com then the “.com” domain should be chosen, whereas if the login URL is mail.zoho.eu then “.eu” service location has to be selected.
Similarly, the service location has to be chosen for respective datacenters.
Further, I have forwarded your feedback to our engineering team to check and make necessary amends for more clarity on the domains field.

In reply to: [Zoho Mail for WordPress] Error Authorising PluginThe error “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security. ” will appear if your web hosting company is blocking some kind of requests to their servers.
There is one Community article which is posted on the WordPress Site regarding the same and consultants from WordPress team has addressed the issue to that post.

Please share this with your web hosting provider and ask them to make the necessary changes at their end. After that you shouldn’t be facing any issues with the Zoho Mail WordPress plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Zoho Mail for WordPress] Invalid Client SecretWhile configuring your plugin, ensure you have entered the correct information in the Domain field. Select the region in which your Zoho account is hosted (in, com etc).
Verify if the Client ID and Client Secret used in the configuration page matches with the Client created for the plugin in Zoho Developer Console.
If all the above-given troubleshooting methods do not resolve the issue, reach out to our Customer support address ‘support[AT]zohomail[DOT]com’ with the screenshot of the configuration settings page for a solution.
