We did resolve a number of issues recently that sound similar to the ones you describe so please check the latest version and if any issues let us know.

We have since updated our documentation and it is now available for download at http://go.zingiri.com/downloads.php
The plugin is dependent on hooks within WP. Sometimes theme designers forget to implement certain hooks. It’s difficult to diagnose unless looking at the code of the theme.

Anyway, regarding your question, do you see any menus at all? You should see at least a Set up menu and then a Form Builder menu.

To reply to your question, what you describe is possible with our plugin. We have a variety of templates and one of them allows a customer to select a day, select the time slots, select another day, select the time slots, etc. Once he’s done he then goes through the checkout process. Paypal is included in the pro version.

To reply to your question, this depends a bit on the theme you are using. We’re also looking into building apps for iOS and Android, probably in the course of next year.
