    Hello,

    here’s my issue:
The form that allows people to submit tickets is not showing up on my site. I already know it’s related to my theme since it’s working with other themes.

Could you give me any pointers what I could change in the source code of the theme to make it appear?

The plugin is dependent on hooks within WP. Sometimes theme designers forget to implement certain hooks. It’s difficult to diagnose unless looking at the code of the theme.

So basically I need to get in touch with the maker of the theme…thought so.
    Thanks for the reply though.

We’ve seen this with other themes in the past and then it was the_content filter that wasn’t executed when displaying post content in the theme.

Is there an easy way for me to add some snippet of code myself to test this or are we talking advanced .php knowledge that I should leave to a professional?

Advanced php knowledge is not required but good knowledge of how the WP hooks work is. Is this theme publicly available or a custom theme? If you can send a download link we can check it out.

Was this ever resolved? I Think I am running into the same issue.

The issue isn’t caused by the plugin but by the theme not observing coding standards, i.e. some hooks not being fired.
