For your first issue, please try to deactivate your plugins one by one, switch to a default WP theme temporarily and check if the issue disappears.
For your second issue, you would need to check if the issue is if the emails are being generated or sent. Here is the documentation for outgoing emails troubleshooting:

Could you let me know what is your PHP and WordPress version? Please check that your PHP version is at least 7.1. Also, could you temporarily deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme and check if the issue continues? Also, what is your host provider?
I will also send the error message to the developers for further investigation.

I really apologize for this experience and I would feel the same if I receive this delay. I recognize this temporary issue had longer term effects on getting a resolution. This was a unique experience and does not reflect the normal course of operation.

Thanks for the additional information. As this is a conflict with another plugin, I sent a report to the developers. We unfortunately don’t have a timeline for this as this is a unique case. I will mark this topic as resolved as the cause of the issue is found and it’s not found a cause related with Awesome Support. If you need more assistance, you can open a new topic.

Unfortunately, we are not able to share e-mail addresses as this is a public forum. Also, this is the first case I hear about this situation, so it will take some time for the developers to review and reproduce this issue so I really appretiate your patience while this is investigated (due to our volume of add-ons and unique situations, it is needed to check one by one).
