https://betterstudio.com/blog/where-is-php-ini/#:~:text=Open%20File%20Manager-,Php.,located%20in%20the%20Root%20directory
Let me know if this works.

Hi @harinshah,
Try to change the role to Support User (you can go to users – choose your user and update their role). You can also check the role capabilities and use the ones from the Support User by checking the table below:
You can change the capabilities by using the user role editor plugin.
I will mark this topic a solved, but if you have any other questions, please let me know.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] errorHi @wildfire9859,
I apologize if I sounded as if I did not read your request properly. I sent this information to the developers and check the cause of this issue. I will also ask for the tables management (I didn’t receive error messages from other clients so far, so that’s why I asked you if with the release we launched a few days ago might have fixed or not this.
Also, you can try backup your site, switch temporarily with a default WP theme, deactivating temporarily your plugins one by one if possible for checking if a plugin might be conflicting with Awesome Support and get closer to the cause of this issue. You can also check the list of incompatible plugins in the link below:
The more information and steps we try, the closer we will be to find the cause and solution to this error message.
Also, For stopping having a huge amount of data in the debug.log file you can turn off the flags:

Hi @pho3nyx,
I already sent a report to the developers so that they can check the cause of the conflict between these plugins. We unfortunately don’t have a date for a resolution to this but I will give the most appropiate handling as possible.
Regards.

Hi @patelnaresh9737,
Thanks for the additonal information. I sent this to the developers. Also, I see your screenshot and it looks like there might ba a conflict with another theme/plugin, could you try to deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme?
Regards.

Hi @amitgupta80,
Thanks, Regarding the file upload, some other clients that reported this and see that message when trying to upload tried this solution in case you might need to use this:
Go to the php.ini file and delete the initial comma from the following line:
;extension=php_fileinfo.dll
If you are using Apache or another web server you will have to restart it to reload the configuration. If you are using the script by command line it is already reloaded when you rerun the script. Also, try to check that you have the latest PHP version. Another client with the same issue reported that the issue got solved when updating it.
Regards.
