    I think Awesome Support has some incompatibility when hosted on a windows server. Is there a known issue when hosting on a windows server? like any loopback issue? becasue of a windows server everything runs very slow as compared to a web linux server.

    I contacted two different experts on this and they both have pointed out the same issue that the developer has to look at some scripts – Is awesome support running cron jobs every minute or is there any other issue if Awesome Support is run on a windows server it works very slow

    action_scheduler_run_queue

    45 seconds ActionScheduler_QueueRunner->run() Every minut

    This is scheduling to run every minute – this is related to awesome support and Woocommerce I guess…the cron cannot be changed…if changed to any other duration still it will come back to every minute thereby affecting server performance

    Hi @dnivrave,

    Could you deactivate your plugins one by one, switch temporarily to a default WP theme and check if the issue continues with the cron? Also, are you using the latest Awesome Support version which is 6.0.1?

    Regards.

    YEs i have done that. I realised its beacuse of Awesome Support. If I deactivate Awesome Support the error goes away

    This is the error that crops up. If awesome Support is deactivated this critical error disappears

    Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.

    Hi @dnivrave,

    I sent this to the developers for futher research. Could you also send me the messages thrown in the debug.log file? You can find more information about this in the link below:
