Are you using a custom login plugin/theme? If so, please try to temporarily deactivate them and then go to Settings – Permalinks and click on the “save” button.

Thanks for the screenshot. By default, the user should see the ticket details page completely. I replied on the other post so that the issue can be followed up there:

In order to confirm, are the customers not able to see the ticket reply in the front end or in the back end? When you deactivated your other plugins, did you also try to switch to a default WP theme? Could you also share me the error messages thrown in the debug.log file? This is the article to access this file:
