Please go to tickets – Settings – general tab and scroll down until you find the Plugin pages section. Choose the page you need to show the ticket list. If the issue continues, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default theme until the issue disappears.

Do you need to send emails with text and emails with html? If so, you can complement the default email notifications with the notifications add-on:

If you need more advanced notifications depending on specific actions, you can check the Business Rules Engine add-on:

If you need to use emails with some parts on text and other parts on html view in the same template, it’s not possible to do.

I logged in to your site and could create a ticket successfully. Do you continue having this issue? If so, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily to check if there might be a conflict with one of them.

You can try using a plugin that has the option to use the default WordPress login page instead of our login page. There are several options you can try for different login pages that you can search and compare.

I apologize for the misunderstanding by my side. One solution I can propose you is to delete all the ticket data (and try to first export the data you need to keep). To do so, please go to Tickets – Settings – Advanced tab and scroll down until you see the Danger Zone field. There, you can check the Delete data box and then click on the save changes button. Then, uninstall the plugin and the data will be deleted. Then, try to install the plugin again and import the data to see if the issue continues.
