Unfortunately it’s not possible to perform that integration and we don’t have a shorcode for opening a single ticket.

Thanks for the detailed report. The developers are looking into these issue and fix them for a future release. Regarding the Elite Video Player, unfortunately we are not able to offer full compatibility with each plugin, but we check that our plugin can be compatible with the most popular plugins in WordPress:

Also, in order to gather more information. Does this issue started from the update to WordPress 5.6 or was it present on previous versions?

We can check if there is a conflict with another theme/plugin. Please switch temporarily to a default WP theme and deactivate your other plugins one by one until the issue disappears.
