Filters not working

Hi,
None of the filters seem to work when I view the tickets in the admin page. When it first opens it only shows new open tickets but when the filters are changed and the filter button is clicked no tickets are returned (even if the filter is set to open tickets). The tickets aren’t being deleted as I can search for them individually using the ticket ID.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this, I’ve looked through all the settings but can’t find anything related to filters?Thanks
