Hi,
This looks like a server issue. You can ask your hosting provider to fix those issues for you.
Cheers,
ArreaneHi,
Thank you for pointing that out. This is actually a WordPress limitation. MetaSlider uses WordPress’ default cropping function image_resize_dimensions to resize the images.
The same would happen if you view the image on any default WordPress custom sizes such as thumbnail, medium, and large. If you want to preserve the high quality image, I would suggest to disable the cropping. Of course this will also have a larger size compared to the cropped image.
Cheers,
ArreaneHi,
I’m sorry I misunderstood your query.
Unfortunately, MetaSlider doesn’t have this kind of feature yet but I have forwarded your message to our development team and let them know about your suggestion.
However, I cannot guarantee that this features will be included in the future updates as there are a lot of factors our team needs to consider. What I can tell you is that we will surely take your suggestions in to consideration.
Have a great day!

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Blank page errorHi,
Please try to turn on the debug mode on your site and reply the error messages here so we can determine what’s the causing the white screen.
Hi,
MetaSlider’s Pro version has the ability to embed videos from YouTube and Vimeo. You can check it on this link and see how it works:

ArreaneHi,
Glad to hear it’s working now. Let me know if you have any other issues.
By the way, if you’re enjoying MetaSlider, please leave us a 5-star review. These reviews really help us out and let others find our plugin more easily.
If you don’t think we deserve the 5 stars please let us know how we can improve, too.https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ml-slider/reviews/?rate=5#new-post
Thanks
Hi,
I check your site and I don’t see MetaSlider plugin activated.
The slider that’s running on the page is not a MetaSlider.
Hi,
Thank you for providing the recording. It’s possible that this is a caching issue.
You can try to clear your cache or test the site in a private browser and see if the issue still persist.
If the issue still persist, you can try to delete the plugin manually directly from the plugins directory by doing the following:
-Delete the ml-slider directory from wp-content/plugins, This will delete the MetaSlider plugins files.
-Go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/ml-slider/ and download the latest free version of MetaSlider.Let me know if that works.
Cheers,
ArreaneHi,
The link you provided doesn’t seem to work.
You can try disabling the 100% width in the advance settings to reflect the custom size that you have set – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uKxEEp
Let us know if that works for you.
Kind Regards,
ArreaneHi,
It seems to be an issue with Elementor filtering the MetaSlider code output.
Using the shortcode just like you stated would be a good option.
You can check a similar ticket about this issue:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/metaslider-in-elementor/Hi,
It looks like some CSS from the Architekt theme is preventing the navigations to move down because I think it’s designed to have a fewer numbers in the navigation.
You can fix this by adding this custom CSS to your code:
.metaslider.ms-theme-architekt.ms-is-small .flexslider:not(.filmstrip) ul.flex-direction-nav {
top: unset !important;
}Let us know if this works for you.
Kind Regards,
ArreaneHi,
This is actually a limitation of the third-party JS slider that MetaSider is using. FlexSlider currently doesn’t allow the carousel to loop infinitely.
However, we have received multiple request regarding this feature and MetaSlider really takes user suggestion seriously.
This has already been added as a feature request. However, I cannot guarantee you on when will this be implemented since there are a lot of factors that our developers needs to take into consideration.
Thank you for your suggestion.
Kind Regards,
ArreaneHi,
I think you’ve mistakenly paste one of the links since both of them links to the same page.
I checked your site and it seems to be throwing multiple console log errors – https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruDAKrJ
It’s most-likely caused by another plugin/theme. So, please check if this issue happens when only MetaSlider and the Twenty-Twenty One theme are active.
Kind Regards,
ArrenaeHi,
I’m not really sure how you get all the 979 DOM elements in a 20 images slide. A basic MetaSlider only contains 3 elements per slide.

Hi,
I’m afraid MetaSlider doesn’t support AMP at the moment.
You can check a similar ticket regarding AMP with MetaSlider https://wordpress.org/support/topic/slider-not-working-in-amp-mode/
