Hi @ufferichter,
Are these screenshots of MetaSlider with Elementor? I don’t really understand the issue. Can you explain what I’m supposed to see? Thanks
Hi
Screenshot nr 1 is where i insertet the metaslider with the slide from elementor, its not look correct if you see in the right site where is insertet.
Screenshot nr 1 is when is updatet and saved and you see the output, there is no slide.
If i do the same with the slide from Slider by 10Web on the same way it works correct.
Hope you understand.
Hi,
I’m not sure about screenshot number one as that seems specific to Elementor and how they load shortcodes. Can you put the MetaSlider on a test page so I can figure out why it’s not displaying?
here you se the other plugin from web10 https://uffe.it/
Hi,
This looks like an issue with Elementor filtering out the code we output. You can see how the MetaSlider code is not being used:
http://prntscr.com/lagd5s
Instead of using the widget, can you try to paste the actual shortcode into a text box?
Should look like this:
[metaslider id=""]
HI,
I don’t know but perhaps Elementor is manipulating the output in the first scenario, whereas inside the text widget they leave it alone. I wouldn’t worry about it since it works this way, but you could also contact them to maybe find out some more info about it.
I’ll go ahead and mark this one as resolved, but feel free to continue to comment.
By the way, if you’re enjoying MetaSlider please leave us a 5-star review. They really help us out and let others find our plugin more easily. If you don’t think we deserve the 5 stars please let us know how we can improve, too. Thanks!
