This could be clearly a set up specific issue as we have tested at our end and things work fine as they do for 4000+ ( at point of this reply) other users.
It seems like some kind of an external plugin conflict.

Kindly update it. It has an updated pot file.
You can create Chinese translation using poedit or any other software.
Share the final .po & .mo file, will include in the plugin.

Also provide more specifics details , some snapshots or stats which can demonstrate the problem.
A lot depend on what kind of rules you have set up, how many products does a single product page has (one can add related items , upsells crossells) ,what kind of other plugins are on set up.

The plugin does not override default WC Action. Our plugin functions on order received hook and shows a NextMove Thank you page.

Yes its possible.
We have Actions in PRO Versions and you can hide the button.
