Yes you can authorize payment, and capture it manually in the woocommerce backend, You can set the stripe actions “capture paymen” disabled.
The capture option will be available in the Woocommerce Stripe overview.

Although we have mentioned in our product page that this is only for simple products – “Supports all types of Simple Products”, however, we understand your problem. In future, we will surely try to make this more prominent and hence prevent such accidental scenarios.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. However, the free version is meant for small shop owners who use only simple products in their inventory.
The premium version is meant for businesses having a whole range of products. Based on this understanding we have segregated the free and premium. If you have an suggestions for us, do let us know. We would be glad to help.

Ideally stock updation is possible for products. We are not sure what do you mean by updating stock for importing orders.
If you want to update stock for products, then our product import export plugin can be used for that purpose.

With the box packing based on weight and dimension, It will pack all items in the defined box till its full and if there are some items that don’t fit, it will pack those in another box.
So if you have total 2 boxes where are your items are packed it will add only the box weight to the total weight, so if box weight is 4 ounces, it will add 4 + 4 for two boxes to the total package.
If the items are packed in a single box it will add only the box weight of 4 oz to the total weight.
