Wooforce and Xadapter is the same, we just changed our domain name, the free plugin has only the rate request options, but the paid version has the label generation and tracking options as well.

Could you take a screenshot of the plugin settings page with the services enabled so that i can check this. If you had disabled all the domestic First Class services it might be some caching issue,
You can try deactivating the plugin in the WP plugin page while the USPS settings is still open in another tab, once deactivated please save the USPS settings multiple times, and activate the plugin in WP page again, and go back to the USPS settings in another tab that’s still open in the browser, and click on save again. This should clear the cached settings,
You might need to re-enter the details in the settings.
And deactivate all the First Class Mail services it should work fine.

Since the free version has product rules in it, you can frame a rule by providing a discount of 50% and an adjustment of (50% of the cost of the first product).

You’ll have to deactivate the plugin in the Network Admin, and activate the plugin only in the child site,

First Class mail is a general service name for all first class services, it includes package, postcards, envelopes, parcel, stamps. etc.
So if you have enabled on package service only package service will return the rates which should include tracking charges. So renaming the Service name will not affect the actual cost or service.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. If you want, we can look into the problem. You can just raise a ticket here and our team will check it out.
Ideally, we do not foresee any call that can affect the database increment There must be come conflict which may be causing the problem. Let us know if you want us to check it out.

looks like you’re using the Test credentials in the plugin settings for the APi Credentials site ID and password, and most of the time the test credentials do not return rates, you’ll have to request DHL Express Sales representative to provide the live credentials for the API.
Once you’ve entered the live credentials use the Rates request type as account rates and also use enable production key in the plugin settings.

There’s no error in the response, but the rates are not being returned. If you are using the live API credentials please set the plugin API to live mode and also choose the Account rates in the rate request type, it should work fine.

Yes the product weight and dimension should be entered in the product edit page,
The box weight and dimension should be entered in the plugin settings, Choose the parcel packing method as “box packing: based on weight and dimension”
But please note this option is available only in the plus version of the plugin.

For all First Class services it will show the shipping method name as First Class Mail, If you want to rename it you can go to the Services and changed the name.
