For role based pricing you can use WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing
Also you can set the roles to which the rule applies in Dynamic pricing rules as well.

If you’re checking with the retail rates you need to test with a single item on cart because our basic plugin only has the option to pack items individually.
And the online rates usually do not include the taxes that could be one reason you’re getting higher rates with the plugin.
But if you’re using the DHL site with your account rates, you need to get the live credentials from DHL to get your account rates with our plugin and in the rates and services tab you need to enable to show account rates.

Please make sure there’s no other plugin causing the conflict here, You can try disabling the other plugins and leave only woocommerce and dynamic pricing plugin and test it.
If you still face issues please do send some screenshots of the rules and the product and cart page.

You can use our price adjustment feature in the Rates and services tab and add 20 for the shipping methods you need to put a margin on, use the price adjustment percentage option.

Yes you should be able to do this in the free version as well, if you still face issues please deactivate and delete the plugin and try again with a fresh installation.

You can rename the service in the plugin settings under the Services section, You can type the service name manually to which you need to change and save the settings.
