“Shipping Zone is very help full when you configure Shipping options like Free or Flat rate shipping for different zones.
However, our DHL plugin is an independent plugin which works at domestic level and international level. The plugin has inbuilt features like restricting the method at the country level or enable/disable desired domestic or international shipping services.
Using Shipping zone is overkill for a complete shipping solution like DHL . As you will end up configuring the same setting under multiple zones.
It will be great if you can let us know your business requirement we will help you find an apt solution.”

Based on my understanding of the issue, are you not getting the “Calculate Shipping” button in under cart totals? Can you confirm this?
Can you please provide us a screenshot of this problem so that we can replicate the exact scenario?

Could be some other plugin conflicting with the USPS plugin, when you click on save and if it prompts to leave the page click on leave, it should save the settings.

you can use a code snippet to hide DHL methods for certain countries, or if you want to have DHL only for specific countries in the plugin settings- Rates and services you can select the method Availability to specific countries and add the country list there.

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings page as well as the screenshot of the rules page so that we can look into this, also please do provide a screenshot of the product page as well where you’re not seeing the discounted price.

The response states that the post code ‘90001’ is not a valid post code for ‘NY’.This postcode seems to be valid for ‘Los Angeles’, California.
Once you correct this, there should not be any problem.It’s strange. Could you please share the settings page screenshot of the rules you have created?
