Hi Maria,

The plus version of our plugin has the feature of assigning rates based on shipping classes. So using that, you can easily configure the rates for particular products.

Unfortunately, the basic version does not have this option as it is meant for cases where shop owners have a few products with simple weight and country scenarios.

That’s very strange. Ideally you should get the rates.
Can you please provide us the XML Request and response info?

How to get that?

*Go into Plugins>Installed plugin.
*Select the FedEx plugin> Edit.
*Then go into fedex-woocommerce-shipping/fedex-woocommerce-shipping.php file.
*Then set WF_FEDEX_ADV_DEBUG_MODE to “on”.

Once you have done these things, go to plugin settings page and enable “Debug” option.

Once done,
– For Rate XML request and response :
Place an order from the cart page. You will see XML Request and XML Response. Copy these two files separately in a notepad and save them in XML extension.

Send them to us via this link. We will check it out.

The package rates are getting returned, the First Class mail works only if the package is within certain weight limit, for domestic 13 oz and for international 16 oz,

Looks like the package rates are returning, but since they are in same class id if envelope service is enabled it will override the package rates and show the First Class Envelope rates.

If your destination is Domestic you’ll receive only the domestic services, You’ll get the international services only if you ship to international destination address.

Ideally if it is marked as “Yes” and there are 2 or more rules then, the table should display without any problem.

You’ll have to use the USPS calculator, and check if stamps provide discounts for that service if not the rates will the same as USPS,

We don’t have any calculator for this plugin, you’ll have to go to each of the carriers’ individual realtime rate calculator and check.

Our you can use one of our shipping calculator tool which will give only the retail rates not the discounted rates Calculator
