Our plugin does not allow the custom duty to be charged in the rate request since the Duty Taxes option is available in a separate API, and handled by a different team called TAS, and its a separate department from shipping.
we only have the option to select who will be paying the duty taxes but we do not have the option to show the duty tax amount.

You have enabled only Firstclass Parcel that’s the reason you’re not getting the firstclass options in checkout.

Please enable the first class package and package hold for pickup as well and check if you get the rates.
If you still do not get the shipping rates please use offline rates in shipping rate type and request type as retail rates and see if First class mail works.

This is a known issue with the latest woocommerce and wordpress, its not theme related, But the plugin should work fine its just a display issue, we’ll try to fix this in our upcoming releases.

With the free version of the plugin we have only one packing option which will pack each item individually, But in the premium version you can select weight based or pack into custom boxes options.

Please select the option to show account rates in the plugin settings Rates and services and see if you get the shipping options. There is no error in the response the API is just not able to get the shipping rates.

This seem to be a theme related issue, we’re not able to replicate the issue, can you let us know which theme you’re using?
Also try switching theme to check if you have the same issue while using another theme, try one of the storefront themes to test it.
