Please make sure you have the correct credentials as provided by DHL, if you have the live credentials use the API in live mode and use the option”show account rates” in the rates and services settings tab.
Also please make sure you have weight and dimension in the products, and in the ship from address in the plugin general settings please enter the address according to which the account belongs to.

If you need to hide the shipping rates you can disable the real time rates in the plugin general settings tab. if the plugin is set to test mode the rates will still show in the front end.
Since its suppose to work both on test mode and live mode it only calls for a different API in different modes.

Apologies. That option is available in the premium version.
In the basic version of the plugin, you have the field “Rates in base currency”. Can you please enable that and then see if that is converting. If not, that means FedEx API does not have the conversion rate for USD to INR.
In that case, going premium seems the likely option.
