Apologies for missing out the query.
Since you are getting the error : “Product 1 is missing weight”, this error means that you need to define weight and dimensions for your product.
You can do that by going to Products –> Edit product –> product data tab –> Shipping.Once you put these details, the problem will not be there.

It is a little tricky to use Flat Rate shipping method as Free shipping but it is possible. You see, the Flat Rate adds the Base Cost to the individual Shipping class costs and shows the total cost. So, if you want to offer zero flat rates for a particular shipping class then, add the same negative value to the shipping class as the base cost. For example, if your base cost is $6 and the shipping class cost is -$6, then the total cost would come up to 0(6+(-6)).
However, in your case, it would be a better idea to use a Code Snippet to hide Shipping method for a particular shipping class. You can further modify this code snippet in order to match your business case. Refer the following link for the same.
Another great option would be to use the Xadapter Table Rate Shipping Pro Plugin for WooCommerce
. This plugin will help you configure Free Shipping to a particular region and shipping class.Hope that helps.

Yes DHL express has password length limitation, but please make sure the credentials you received is from DHL express for the API integration, the username and password is the Site ID and Password provided by DHL after you send a request to xmlrequests@dhl.com
They usually do not give any password longer than 15 characters.
