    I can’t get develope key at FexEd page, at the final step, it show 500 error: https://imgur.com/a/GcLME
    I do have FexEd account. I try to do again and again for many time but the bug still exist. Can you help me in this case, how can I test this plugin with true key?

    FedEx must have sent you an email with the web services password. Kindly put that password in the field.

    To understand the problem, you need to do the following :
    Just enable the debug option in plugin settings page.
    Then place an order in the cart/checkout page.

    You will a request and response info. The response will contain the error. If you do not understand the error, you can provide us the request and resonse (make sure to remove the sensitive data like account details).

    Since you have only provided us the request(not the response), we cannot conclusively say what is causing this. However, based on your request, i can make out that you are not providing the zip code of the destination which can be a factor.
