The reason you’re not getting the live rates could be because you’re using the test credentials,
You need to have the ship from address set according to the test credentials account origin, also need to disable show account rates for test credentails.

Retail Ground shows up only for the retail rates, please choose to show retail rates in the plugin settings, if the rate request type is set to commercial rates Retail ground will not show.

Sorry for the delay in response, we might have missed this query, if you’re not getting the shipping methods, please check if the products have weight and dimension in them, and if you still do not get the shipping methods to show please turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and attach the debug data here so that I can check the issue.

Yes, you can definitely get rates of packages based on weight and no other factor in the plus version of the plugin. It has a “weight based feature” that can be used.

In that case, we request you to convert the ounces into lbs and then provide the value in the products. You can easily do that using the Google Calculator
Also, since it is a one time configuration, it should not be a problem.

Else you can set category rules as well.
