    USPS Retail Ground is selected in the plugin setting but missing on shopping/checkout pages .

    Hello Aeid,

    Kindly share the debug request and response messages for the query you have raised.
    -You need to enable “Debug mode” on plugin settings page to get these request on cart or checkout page.
    -Kindly ensure that you have deleted all sensitive information on your debug messages before you share.

    Hi,

    Retail Ground shows up only for the retail rates, please choose to show retail rates in the plugin settings, if the rate request type is set to commercial rates Retail ground will not show.
