This is not possible since the sale or discount is not stored in any database and our plugin only calculates the discount on page load dynamically.

Yes this DHL plugin will work for Brazil fine, you’ll have to open DHL Express account and request the DHL team to provide the live Api credentials for Integration.

The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually.The premium version has additional features like box packing, and weight based packing also. In addition, it also has label generation feature, and other other value added services.
So in your case, weight based or box packing should work using the premium version.
