This is not possible with the category rule, the rule will apply for each category separately, each category will need to have 5 items in cart,
you need to use the cart rule but its available only in the premium plugin.

From the log it seems that your product is missing weight. As a result the rates are not coming. Can you please put in the weight and then try again.

Yes, the plugin definitely works with Variable products. Make sure that you have provided the weight and dimensions of the variation and then check. If the issue persists, kindly provide us the debug request and response so that we can check it.
– Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.
We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.

Our FedEx plugin calculates the cost in the cart/checkout page only.
Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for you at this time.However, this seems to be an interesting case which we can definitely undertake in the future.

The FedEx rates are calculated based on weight , dimensions, zip codes and all these factors combined. This plugin will fetches the rates based on these factors.

Our plugin displays only those services which are returned by the UPS API.
In your case, only UPS Next day and 2 day may be returned because only these services might be available from UPS side. To check that, kindly go to UPS price calculator and verify this : https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_USAlso, kindly check that you have enabled all the services in the settings page.
If you are still not able to understand this, please enable the debug option in plugin settings page and then try to place an order in the cart/checkout page. You will be able to see the request and response info in the cart page. Just copy that send it to us so that we can check it.
