No shipping methods available

Hello, I have installed the free plugin for now for testing purposes. I have entered all the credentials from Fedex but I still get the message that no shipping methods available. I spoke to fedex technical support and they say that the issue is in the front end because they are not receiving any transactions. I am attaching the debug mode image that I am getting but im not seeing any errors in it. Can you please help me? I will be purchasing the premium theme, but I need to know if this is compatible with my website or not, thanks!!
