We will help you out.– Just Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.
We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.
NOTE : Make sure that you remove account specific info from the request and response as this is a public forum

What’s the issue you’re facing exactly?
When currency switcher is enabled the discounts are not showing at all?
Or this is happening only to specific user role?

If you’re trying to provide discount only for Guest users, we do not have that option, but if you want to apply discount to all users you can leave the allowed user role blank in the rule set up.

Our plugin does not work with the coupon codes, it will apply both discount or our plugin will over ride the discount.

The error message states that the product is missing dimensions, not sure if you have added weight only, but the plugin requires the product to have both weight and dimension.

In the plugin settings instead of showing the rate type as commercial rates you’ll have to select Retail rates to get Retail ground.
