There could be two reasons:
1) if you’re using custom images for covers on your end, maybe you’ve deleted those images from WordPress Media gallery
2) try to change the thumbnail quality from your grid settings section, maybe the thumbnails plugin tries to pull don’t exist

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] Contact formI’m sorry, but we do not support Contact Form popups at this moment. You can add an HTML button in the description, then set a class. So, on click action you can open anything you want, I’m sure Contact Forum supports such event for opening a popup wherever you need it.
You’re using the default MAP icon, instead use “Custom” thumbnail for that MAP item.
1. When you add a new MAP element, after entering the coordinates, you can see an option called “Custom thumbnail”. Hit the Choose button and select the picture you want to showcase in the layout.
2. Already added elements could be edited as well. In the gallery composer click on the picture for the MAP element, then you’ll see “Custom thumbnail” option in the popup. Tap on the Choose button and select the picture you want.
I’m really sorry, but we do not have a such functionality!

Have you upgraded your PHP version or something like that? Recently we’ve received a feedback, that PHP v8.x.x. upgrade caused this. So, try to switch back to PHP v7.x.x and check how this affects on your end.
If that’s the issue, please keep that php version while we’re investigating the cause in that context.
Awesome, glad to hearing that.

I could not find any gallery item which refers to Google Maps, so could not check the actual error on your website.
Make sure you’ve enabled the correct APIs: JavaScript Maps API and Geocoding API.
1. Increase the value of the option called “Container height after picture”. So, you’ll allocate more space for title and description and the cropping will be prevented.
2. We do not have a toggle button to show more description on the grid. But you can show the entire description in the popup view. We supported embedded popups. for example check the “Content” popup presentation.
In your grid’s settings section you have an input called “Custom css” and “Custom js”. If you enter the custom styles there, you’ll not lose them in case of updating the WordPress or plugins. Or you can use any other plugin which allows to enter custom styles.
Simply select Masonry layout style which is the second option on the row. Then scroll down to Dimensions section, change “Columns calc algorithm” option and set it to “Fixed”, then enter “1” for all screen sizes, e.g. “Columns for desktop”, “Columns for tablet” and so on…

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] PayPal buttonYou can put the PayPal button as an html in the description field. The description allows to enter html codes as well. So, if you put the button’s html there, you’ll see it on your catalog’s showcase.

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] Update proofYes, you can do so! You should follow the instructions listed here to skip all future public updates we’ll release. Actually there’s two options and this is the simplest way to ignore upcoming updates. Using any FTP client or File Manager
/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-wp/
directory, open
portfolio-wp.php
script update the plugin version. Set it a very big number, e.g. * Version: 99999.0.0. So the future updates we’ll release will be ignored by WordPress.
