    I just noticed for some reason my YouTube covers are missing. I’ve checked my videos on YouTube, it’s ok. It properly plays on my website as well, but the cover pictures are missing.

    There could be two reasons:

    1) if you’re using custom images for covers on your end, maybe you’ve deleted those images from WordPress Media gallery

    2) try to change the thumbnail quality from your grid settings section, maybe the thumbnails plugin tries to pull don’t exist
