As far as I remember we’ve had an email communication and the issue is not relevant anymore, so I’m marking the topic resolve now. In case the issue persists, please open a new topic or email us.
The popup magnification is not supported for product inner pages at this moment.
I’m checking your page and see that you’ve created a gallery from your logos and used pagination. You should create a slider instead. If you use slider layout type, then you’ll achieve the results you’re going to implement.
The steps you can follow:
1. navigate to GridKit section
2. select Slider subsection
3. create a new slider
4. populate it with your logos
5. open the slider settings
6. select carousel style slider
7. scroll down to Dimensions subsection
8. configure how many columns should be visiblePlease check this and let me know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] Do not reloadI guess you’ve disabled AJAX reloading in your gallery settings. Navigate to your gallery settings, scroll down to the Advanced subsection and make sure AJAX reloading is enabled.
That’s not supported at this moment. You can show the proportion you select on both screens, desktop and mobile.

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] php errorYou’re using an out-dated version of GridKit. This issue is resolved more than 6 months ago. So, if you’ve recently updated your environment, please make sure GridKit is updated as well (regardless which version you’re using, for all versions we’ve released an update).
We do not have an option in the settings section for shadow effect at this moment. But you can use this simple workaround to set shadows effect around the tiles:
#crp-content-SHORTCODEID .crp-tile-inner { transform: scale(0.92); box-shadow: rgb(0 0 0 / 35%) 0px 5px 15px; }NOTE: Please replace SHORTCODEID with the slider’s identifier. You can find the id in the short-code, e.g. [gkit id=123], then the css selector should look like this: #crp-content-123 in the above mentioned css styles.
Navigate to your gallery settings section then change the option called “Video presentation style”. Set it to “Standard” instead of “Media player”.
By the way, if you want to show static information before or after the video items, update the option called “Title & description display style” as well. Set it to one of the fixed styles we have e.g. “After picture”.
Yes, that could be related to the fact that you’re using Vimeo videos. I guess you’re using Vimeo thumbnails, right? If that’s the case, then this is the CAUSE of the page slow loading. I’d recommend to download the thumbnails from Vimeo and host on your own server/website. Then, edit your gallery video entries and use custom thumbnails which are hosted on your website. If you’re loading number of thumbnails from Vimeo (or any 3rd party) this could slow down the performance.
Each gallery or album element could have only one link. In other words if you have an album and each album includes number of pictures, you can not add a specific link for each picture. If you have gallery layout, then the gallery element’s url could be considered as external url (the way how your current gallery is configured). Or I misunderstood the question?
Could you please let me know the page url where I can check this for you, as well as the plugin version you’re referring to?
Do you mean specific images from your gallery? GridKit enables popup feature for the all images shown in the grid, it’s not a popup plugin which you can configure to open popups depending on custom events (e.g. on scroll, timeout, click, hover and so on…).

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] Is it possible?Yes, you can build it using GridKit. It’s a standard Masonry layout. Using free version, you can build standard grid style galleries, if you need more control over design customization or categorization, I’d recommend to check our Premium version. For more information please send an email to support@wpsofts.com.
