In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Error in Integrations.php on line 62Hey @josklever,
Sorry about that, I missed the bug when researching about the issue you’re having.
> After 2 months of looking, it would be better if they would apply the fix. It’s a very simple fix, that’s ready to implement. What are they waiting for?
It looks like there are two possible fixes:
– https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/pull/2046The developers prioritize tasks based on a set of criteria, which is likely why the haven’t yet released this one yet. I recommend subscribing to the existing bug report to be notified once any pull requests have been merged, as we can’t give an exact timeframe for when the fix will be released.
Please let us know if you have further questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Disable Free Product Submit Button on CheckoutHi @itesla,
Thanks for reaching out us and sharing details about your use case. I’m happy to help you!
Hmm, disabling the submit button on the checkout page would require some custom JavaScript to be written for your site, which is a bit outside of the specialty of most of us here.
As your post involves a fairly complex development topic, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in and help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources about WooCommerce development.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there too.(Removing the checkout page button would be a bit easier, but I think that might not a good option for your use case)
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Removing product page contentHi @svenddv,
Thanks for sharing further details and the code you’re trying to implement.
Have you tried using the
is_product()WooCommerce tag for the single product page rather thansingle-product.php?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Measurements shortcodeHi @danaceks,
No worries. Which Measurement Price Calculator are you referring to? As far as I can tell, the site is using this one:
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-measurement-price-calculator-plugin/20515113
Is that correct?

Hi @mwestrik,
Thanks for your candid feedback, and my apologies for the confusion here.
I think the issue here is due to an existing WooCommerce 5.6.0 bug, and we may have missed the mark a bit here. My apologies for that.
To clarify, plugin conflicts are one of the top three causes of problems with WooCommerce site, so I think my colleagues suspected WPML might have created those pages due to a conflict.
There is indeed a bug when updating to WooCommerce 5.6.0 that can cause the default WooCommerce pages to be recreated and published, which I think is what may have happened on your site. A fix for that should be released in version 5.7.0.
For now, the workaround is to unpublish or delete the recreated pages.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Error in Integrations.php on line 62Hi @trejka,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing the error log! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
Hmm, the
basedir restriction in effecterror seems to indicate there’s an issue with the PHP configuration that’s required for the plugin to work correctly. The error means that the system is trying to access files and folders that they aren’t meant to access based on the server’s current settings. However, it looks like these files need to be accessed for the plugin to work correctly. I recommend reaching out to your host about this issue, as they should be able to explain how to fix it or you might be able to follow these instructions on how to fix it yourself.
Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Status Won’t ChangeHey @lilydiamond,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m happy to help you!
I’m sorry to hear the order statuses aren’t working after the latest update.
Hmm, I suspect that either the permalinks need to be reset or that a plugin or perhaps your theme are not compatible with the latest WooCommerce version, and might be causing a conflict.
Based on the
Access deniederror, Can you please go toSettings > Permalinks
and hit
Save, then let me know if that helps? You can find more information about permalinks here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Using_.22Pretty.22_permalinks
If not, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the
Get system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment when you reply.Thank you!

To clarify, are you asking if the sync will automatically delete products trashed on the WooCommerce side from the Facebook catalogue?
If so, yes, the products should be kept in sync and no longer appear in the catalogue.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Using Plugin without PixelHi Josef,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m happy to help you!
Yes, you should be able to use the plugin by disabling the Facebook Pixel using the code snippet in our documentation.
I highly recommend using the free Code Snippets plugin to add the snippet to your site or to hire a developer to do that for you if you’re aren’t comfortable doing that yourself.
If you’d like to use the Pixel and comply with GDPR, I also recommend reading the comments under this existing discussion about handling GDPR issues with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and Facebook Pixel.
Finally, I noticed you said you’d “we would like to connect our shop to Facebook and Instagram and integrate it as good as possible.” While the plugin does support Instagram, if you’d like better integration with Instagram, I suggest trying the paid WooCommerce Instagram if you’re interested.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Product SyncHi @allenyj,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
is that a good idea to have FB WooCommerce Plugin connected and Pixel connected at the same time and both granted adding/removing permission in FB data sources?
That’s a great question! As the plugin allows you to install Facebook Pixel, I don’t think there should be any issues.
If you’re using a different plugin to set up Facebook Pixel, then I think there might be a conflict between the two plugins that might cause problems.
I highly recommend following our handy guide that explains how to set up the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and install Facebook Pixel.
Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product prices with tax not showingHi @manoranjan11,
Thanks for sharing further details about the caching and how you’ve set up the
Default customer location. And i set the default customer location to shop base and the price is now showing but i don’t think this can be a solution because in this when i checkout from the account the address field is prefilled with the shop address which i think is not a good customer experience.
By default, setting the
Default customer locationtoShop base addressshould not mean the address field gets prefilled with the shop address.I think the most likely reason why you’re seeing the address prefilled is because you’re logged in as the site’s admin that has this address saved under the My Account > Addresses section.
I registered a test account on your site and added a product to my cart, then visited the checkout page. As you can see, no address other than the
Maharashtrastate (that’s the store’s state, right?) is showing, as seen in this screenshot:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/WG7Nu1The taxes also seem to be working correctly.

In reply to: [Storefront] “Add to cart” button alignmentHey @laurynass,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
I had a look at the VEJAPJOVĖS page, and it looks like the main issue here is that the product images have different aspect ratios and sizes (the first three are rectangular and the fourth is square) that prevent them from displaying correctly.
Looking at the product images, I see they all have the same aspect ratio (square or 1:1), which means they display with the same height and length correctly.
As such, I recommend uploading the subcategory images with the same length and height (e.g., 200 pixels × 200 pixels) like you did with the product images. I think that should fix the alignment issue here.
Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help!
