In reply to: [WooCommerce] Tax percentageHey @basvweb,
Thanks for sharing screenshots of your tax options and
Taxable Goodsrates.Hmm, it looks like all your tax rates are set to
21%, and a few show theTax namewith either21%or0%:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/SSud4LI think the
Tax (21%) : €0,00should only show for the Dutch (NL) address, as that’s what the tax name is set to display. Could you please change theText nametoTax (0%)and see if that fixes the problem? If not, it would be great if you could share screenshots of what you’re seeing on the order confirmation page/email. I recommend Snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Thank you!
Hi @saaann28,
Happy to help!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting payments to work correctly on your WooCommerce site.
As far as I’m aware, the payment gateway plugin you’re using controls what happens when a payment fails.
For instance, with some payment gateway plugins like Stripe, the credit card data must be entered at checkout. So, if a payment fails, no order gets created.
Other payment methods like PayPal Standard work a bit differently, as customers are redirected to PayPal for payment. So, an order has to be created before your customer leaves the site.
Additionally, the cart shouldn’t be clearing if you refresh the payment page or don’t pay for the order depending on what payment gateway you’re using.
Could you please let us know which payment plugin you’re using on your site?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Pallet Quantity, Weight and Size ShippingHi there @dayley,
Thanks for reaching out to us to see if there’s a shipping plugin that might fit your needs. I’m happy to help you!
Based on the detailed and helpful use case your shared, I think Table Rate Shipping might work you, as it does work with item counts (quantities).
I do think Per Product Shipping might better fit your needs, as it lets you specify the exact shipping cost for each product and any extra handling fees (or pallet fees in your case).
As we can’t discuss much about premium plugins per the forum policies, I recommend contacting us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
I’ll also leave this thread open in case someone else knows of a different solution that might meet your needs 🙂
Thank you!

Hi @tyrnill,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the problem you’re having with the PayPal Checkout notification. I’m happy to help you!
Hmm, it sounds to me like the message has either been cached and is still showing on the page (not likely) or is coming from a different plugin (more likely).
To check that, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment.Thank you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Latest WordPress CompatibilityHi @smilnex,
Happy to help!
I’m not seeing an exact timeframe for when the plugin will be tested with WordPress 5.8, ad there shouldn’t be much of an issue running the plugin (tested up to 5.7.2) until then.
If you’re having any problems with Facebook for WooCommerce, please let us know. We’d be happy to help you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] How To Disable in ver 5.6.0?Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m happy to help you!
Hmm, the
plugin : plugins/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/ no longer works with the latest version of woocommerceseems to be referring to the following plugin and not the WooCommerce Admin plugin:https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/
If you need help with that plugin, I recommend posting on its official support forum here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/
As for disabling some of the WooCommerce Admin-related features, that would best be left to something like the plugin you mentioned or via custom code like this one to disable the whole admin.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Something went wrong connecting to FacebookHi @duidelijkonline,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble setting up the plugin, and am happy to help you!
Hmm, the “Something went wrong” error is rather generic, and can usually happen for a few different reasons.
Let’s get to the bottom of this: First, make sure you’re updated to the latest version of the “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin.
Then, at the connection step “What is Woocommerce Integration allowed to do” make sure all fields are enabled. Facebook recently updated its settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to
Offby default. If none of those things work, as the error that you’re seeing isn’t very informative, would you please enable logging, repeat the steps to replicate the issue, and then share the log for us to review? To do so, please follow the below steps:
- Head to Marketing > Facebook.
- Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
- Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
- Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
- Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply.
