In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] How can my woocommerce orders send to my square orders?Hi @crystalpayton,
I think the issue you’re seeing is because the WooCommerce Square plugin doesn’t sync sales orders from WooCommerce.
At present, the plugin can only sync Product and Inventory data, as well as Transaction data.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] AddToCart Event Missing Some Deduplication ParametersHi there @kamiviera,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
Can you please let us know if you’ve followed the steps on how to fix the issue?
If not, can you please do the following:
- Check that your Pixel is connected correctly. Facebook has a browser tool called Pixel Helper you can use, which lets you see all of the events etc which are taking place on a site.
- Check for related to browser extensions blocking user agent and IP address (e.g., Ad-blockers)
- Enable debug logging and see if you are getting any errors:
- Head to Marketing > Facebook.
- Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
- Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
- Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
- Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply.
Please let us know if you see any errors.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Plugin deleted but cron still runsHi there,
Just to clarify, did you check the Tools > Cron Events section, which is where the WP Crontrol plugin displays the cron jobs?
The WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions/Tools > Scheduled Actions sections display different data related to the Action Scheduler.
Can you please confirm if you’re not seeing any
facebookreferences on the Tools > Cron Events page?Thank you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] API not sending right dataHi there @namaste24,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m happy to help you!
Hmm, it does sound like something isn’t right if the events are showing much larger numbers than expected.
Caching plugins like W3 Total Cache can cause problems with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. However, caching plugins usually prevent events from triggering rather that creating extra events.
As a first step, could you please enable logging, wait a bit so more events are triggered, and then share the log for us to review? To do so, please follow the below steps:
1. Head to
Marketing > Facebook.
2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
3. Wait a bit for events to be triggered.
4. Head toWooCommerce > Status > Logs.
5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
6. Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply. Also, can you please use this Chrome extension created by Facebook to verify that your Facebook pixel is working properly?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Email link placed in widget not workingHi there @rengoeptar,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the problem you’re having with an email widget on your site.
Hmm, I’m not sure that the issue here is to do with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. It seems to be related to widgets.
Could you please share a screenshot of the problem you’re having, so we can better understand what’s the issue?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Not Shown on WebsiteHi @hejoron497,
Thanks for explaining further details about the product.
Hmm, I think the issue here is that there are just too many variations to display, and the server isn’t able to process them.
To check that, could you please share the latest
fatal-errorslog as explained in this document? The logs might be able to provide further context for why the product is not loading correctly. If there aren’t any errors in the log, can you please ask your host if they have any logs they can share with you?
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error when trying to go to Import CSV pageHi @andynewby,
Happy to help!
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the Import CSV page to work.
Based on the details you provided, I think the issue might be caused by a conflict with a theme or plugin. I noticed you said you’d tried disabling plugins, so it’d be great if you do that while switching to a default theme at the same time.
The best way to determine if there is a conflict is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If that doesn’t help, I’m wondering if the cookie issue is related to your browser (though I think it’s more likely related to a PHP script on the site). Could you please using a different browser to open the Import CSV page and see if that helps?
Thank you!
Hi @aminecsc25,
Glad to hear that and thanks for the update!
If you have any further questions or need additional help with the Stripe plugin, please start a new thread and we’ll be able to help you out there.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] electronic goods were stolen for $0Hi @nexttat,
I’m not quite sure how the payments are working on your site, as I seem to be redirected to a third-party payment page starting with the
https://www.digiseller.market/URL. Could you explain a bit more about that or how we can test the WooCommerce checkout feature? That seems to show the payments are not being handled from within WooCommerce.
If you’re seeing errors on the WooCommerce/WordPress site itself, could you please do the following:
– Visit **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**
– Select the latestfatal-errorslog from the dropdown menu, then select theViewbutton
– Share the log in a comment when you reply. If you get stuck, I recommend following our Finding PHP Error Logs

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “WooCommerce database update done” generates error pageHi @didierjm,
Thanks for sharing the System Status Report and logs.
Hmm, I can’t seem to find much about the
Spec is invalid because the locale could not be retrieved in feederror, which seems to be related to marketing information for the Mercado Pago Checkout from WooCommerce.com.Was the site locale or language ever set to Spanish at any point? Also, do you see any JavaScript errors using your browser’s developer console on the page where you’re selecting the button to hide the notice?
Thank you!
Hi @sanchitgoyal,
Hmm, is the staging site the same as the live site? By that, I mean, is it an exact copy of the live site?
If it is the same, could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support, as we’d like to take a closer at the sites and wouldn’t ask for log in details for the site here in the public forums. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
Thank you!
Hi @rengoeptar,

Hi @sanchitgoyal,
I’m happy to hear you’ve managed to find the problem here.
As the Facebook plugin works with a default theme like Storefront, but not the Woodmart theme, I recommend reaching out the Woodmart developers for further help, as we don’t support their theme. You should be able to reach them here:

Thank you!
