I recommend reaching out to Elementor support for further help with this issue. Based on the error log you shared, it sounds like Elementor is conflicting with WooCommerce Blocks. You can reach Elementor support here:

As for some alternative plugins, Extra Product Options for WooCommerce is one option like you suggested. Another option is Product Add-Ons.
However, both of those are paid plugins. If you’re looking for some free alternatives, how about one of these available on WordPress.org Plugins repository that seem to offer what you’re looking for (additional pricing options without adding product variations):

I had a look at the products, and it seems like at least the cake sizes should be showing up in Facebook.
After adding the Tiramisu (7 inches cake size) to cart, I see the
Tiramisu - 7 inchesproduct name, which should show in Facebook like that instead of theTiramisuyou’re seeing now.

I had a look at the screenshots, and it is indeed a little strange why they all say “Tiramisu.”

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you’re still having trouble getting Facebook for WooCommerce to work correctly.
They are asking to remove WPML and other plugins then sync with Facebook again – This is getting cumbersome as this is live and needs to be a live process for it to sync without live facebook page as well.
I suspect we’ve asked you to do that as a temporary measure to make sure the Facebook plugin is working correctly and to rule out any conflicts with another plugin, such as WPML.
To help you further, it would be great if you could share the username you used to contact us on WooCommerce.com or the ticket number, so we can keep track of what’s been discussed.
