If you did use Mijireh there is a plugin here to work with MarketPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mijireh-checkout-for-marketpress/

If you already have the full version then I guess you might have an active membership. If that’s the case then our staff would be more than happy to log in and debug that for you.
WP rules state that we can’t support commercial products here so you would need to contact us directly regarding the full version. http://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

Possibly. But from the plugin we can’t control what the hosting is going to object to. You can try it.
