    anyone??

    Hi @mdavda909,

    I hope you’re well today! 🙂

Sorry if you’re having trouble with that, lets see how we can sort it!

Could you please elaborate about the Admins tab?

Are you referring to the plugin’s menu pages?

Perhaps you could provide a screenshot to illustrate?

Looking forward to getting this sorted for ya!

    Cheers,
    David

    Hi,
I am talking about the one in “options” page in Membership Plugin. It should show Membership Admins tab which controls the level of a user, but the tab does not show and all my users are getting access as an admin user and can see the wordpress dashboard.

    Hi @mdavda909,

Thanks for those extra details. That screenshot isn’t accessible at the moment but I see what you mean about the admins tab.

Could you let us know the version of Membership you’re using?

Could you maybe try deactivating and deleting your current version and re-installing it from here?
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/membership/

The settings are all stored in your database so you wouldn’t lose any of that data.

If that doesn’t sort it, could you try verifying the database here?
    yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membershipoptions&tab=advanced

Hopefully that’ll help provide a clue as to what’s occurring.

    Thanks,
    David
