I can confirm deactivating Global Translator allows my menu to be saved and edited. The white screen of death does not happen when this plugin is deactivated.
Been looking for this capability whether in the admin section or just a function I can add to a template.
Make sure your uploads path under miscellaneous.
so wp-content/uploads
then make sure you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. That will fix it.
chmod 777 or 755 might do it.
I basically have the same problem without the ability to downgrade back to an earlier version.
When I login I only see dashboard and profile tabs. Everything else I have no access too. It must be related to a DB setting. I did have COLLATION errors when I upgraded.
The site from the outside looks fine you can’t tell there are problems, however, I can’t create a new post, edit, etc.
