This looks like an issue with WP installations set in languages that are read from right to left. We’ll get it fixed right away.

With the new updates: I could not see the online visitors from the back-end and visitors could not see the chat button from the front-end!

We’re looking into this. This issue doesn’t happen for everyone. We’ve identified under which conditions this happens and we’re fixing this. Is your site behind something like cloudflare?

After installing the latest update 9.5, the configuration window is blank and the user, when trying to send a message, is left with the loading message and the chat does not appear to write the problem.

Sorry to see you go Taraspulpa, we’d be glad to take a look at any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

My problem is that the option “Use Logged In User Details” never works, and it always asks for name and mail, as if no login had occurred.

This is a feature request. We’ll consider adding it in the future. It’s not in our immediate priorities. For the moment our priorities lie in bugfixing stuff like the map.js warnings you reported.

Keep in mind that once all issues with the latest version are fixed, the old plugin will stop working and you’ll need to upgrade again. For this reason, any other feedback you have for the new plugin that you can give us from now will be taken in consideration.

After a total reset of the plugin I can save config now but i can’t add a logo : i always get an empty picture.
Same logo was working on v8

I can’t replicate what you’re saying. See my video of me adding a logo here. Which part of this breaks for you? Adding a logo

2) Other point, we still can’t style chat window as we have something like an iframe (call-us html block).

Custom CSS styling is not available in this plugin. If it was possible in the previous version by modifying the CSS, then ok, but in the new version changing the way the plugin works to accommodate custom styling will be very difficult and will take us a long time to do. We can’t offer this functionality at the moment.

We need to change centering, font-size, font family etc… How can we do ?

This would be a feature request. We don’t plan on adding this type of functionality right now as there are more important features and fixes to be made. Maybe much later on.

Deactivate the plugin, uninstall it, reinstall it, go through the initial Wizard.
Does it start working?

May i ask? What do you mean by ‘Back-End chat button? Can you post a link to a screenshot? I don’t understand what this is.
