We weren’t not aware of this, we’ll look into this and try to get it fixed within the next few releases.

We’ve found some issues related to cloudflare’s caching options. We are investigating the cause and we’re hoping to have a fix or workaround soon.

We found a bug that would +1 increase this user counter and would never reset it properly. This was fixed in the latest version along with a lot of other minor fixes.
Please let us know if the latest version resolves this issue.

We made an update yesterday that adds back some of the ringtone functionality. The sounds should now be played in all situations.
The sound itself may have changed from the classic ‘Ring Ring’ to a more discrete sound. Please let us know if it’s ok.

Just because other software allows it doesn’t mean it’s not bordering on ‘illegal’. With GDPR and all the new privacy laws in effect, monitoring and then initiating a chat with a website visitor who hasn’t accepted any terms and conditions is currently considered a gray area in terms of legality.
We want to add this feature back, but only when we’re able to implement it without exposing our plugin users to legal risk like other chat plugins do. It will be added back, but we need more time to work out these details.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Connecting to chat server…We haven’t been able to reproduce this problem to be honest. This sounds like a connectivity issue between your site/server and the chat server at wplc.3cx.net, chatserver001.3cx.net and chatserver002.3cx.net
Keep in mind that these servers are hosted in Google Cloud and they are reachable by the vast majority of the world except from a few countries (North Korea etc).

Sorry for the delay on this. We’ve been busy fixing several other minor issues that popped up.
Question to you. Would you prefer to have the 50×50 sized fixed? Or would you prefer a feature to allow you to resize the chat bubble to whatever size you want or both?

We rechecked in the last version and found that we may have not have managed to fix this properly. We made an additional release yesterday that should have fixed this issue.

Give me some time, i’ll make a guide on how you can become the translator for the plugin. I’ll put it as a sticky in this forum. It’s a slightly complicated, but if you’re willing to go through it, that’d be great!
