Issue with Live Chat Icon

    Once uploading a logo and removing it does not remove instead it adds a broken image there and causes the default icon to be loaded. And using a custom icon does not cover the whole space for live chat icon instead just a small space in center and rest is covered by the styling color which we use for the background.

    Hi @rameshsharma10 ,
    We replicated the issue in remove logo process and we are planning to fix that on our next plugin’s version release.
    About the icon , currently we are using custom icon inside the chat’s bubble by design. We don’t plan on adding this type of functionality right now as there are more important features and fixes to be made. Maybe much later on.

    we released Version 9.0.7 of the plugin which includes fix for the bug occurred during remove logo process.
    Please update your installation and let us know if your problem persists.

    Yes, it worked fine, and sorry one more issue is that any element above the live chat icon if is to close to the icon loses its css property.

    Yes, it worked fine, and sorry one more issue is that any element above the live chat icon if is to close to the icon loses its css property.

    We weren’t not aware of this, we’ll look into this and try to get it fixed within the next few releases.
