If you made changes to the language file and then updated the plugin, the standard functionality of WordPress will overwrite any files in the plugin folder. If you would like to keep any translations changes that you make, please send us the PO file so we can include it in the next release.

We weren’t able to find any communication from you regarding this though. In future, please can you rather leave a support request before posting a one star review. A one star review negatively impacts our average review score considerably and jeopardizes our plugin and business.

Unfortunately a chat cannot be converted into a support ticket.
Emails of transcripts are not available, however, we are working on the functionality for a near future update.
With regards to comma-separated email addresses, this is a very good idea and something we will look into implementing 🙂

Firefox requires a browser plugin (Made by them, we dont have control over this) to be installed sometimes to be able to play the audio notification that is played when a new chat is received on the agents side. The other browsers can normally play the sound without having to install a plugin etc.
A sound will be played when a new chat is received, but only if you are on the Live Chat tab. We are however working on improving this to play anywhere and everywhere.
The basic version has the audio notification functionality 🙂

The plugin is fully functional in the sense that it gives you the ability to chat to your website visitors without having to install any third party software. Yes, there may be limitations to upgrade to the pro version but we believe what we offer in our free version is enough for small businesses. We are constantly adding new functionality to our plugin.
Our unique angle is that you don’t need to sign up to third party monthly subscriptions in order to chat with your visitors (or to get multiple chat agents). Our pro version is a once off cost of only $19.95. This is by far, more cost effective than any of the other solutions out there.
The bug that you experienced with regards to the ring tone not firing is currently being dealt with. This is an intermittent bug and not all users experience this.

Unfortunately you cannot close the chat between certain hours. This is a very good idea though and something we can look into implementing in the future.
Unfortunately the plugin does not support multi-site use as yet.
