Hi there.
My sincerest apologies for only getting back to you now.
An audio sound will play when a new chat is received by default. Has it not been playing on your side?
Please advise what browser you are using and which version you are currently using?

Currently, the only way to chat with a user is to login to your WordPress dashboard.

The Pro+ will be an add-on to the Pro version.
This functionality will allow you to receive chat notifications and more, via Skype, Gtalk, ICQ etc.

So sorry for only getting back to you now.
The Basic version will make the admin of the website the chat operator.
The Pro version allows you to have multiple agents. Depending on the role of the user, any role lower than an administrator will only be allowed to respond to chat requests. They will not be able to change any settings.
Ideally, in your case, you would probably want to make your agents have a ‘Subscriber’ role, so they will only be able to respond to chat requests and not do anything else on your site.

Not a problem.
I noticed that the chat window isn’t showing on your site when visiting it in Chrome though. It looks like your theme is loading jQuery twice, which will give a JS error.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Our plugin allows you to view the history of previous chats in the Pro version.
Currently, It records the user’s name and email address (You can choose for them to enter it or not), as well as the user’s user agent of their browser and IP address.
Their IP address is only recorded for geographical purposes though.
Would you prefer for something like this to not be stored at all? Perhaps we can come up with a workaround for this.
