So sorry for only getting back to you now.
The plugin makes use of Ajax long-polling to send and receive messages. This shouldn’t be using as many resources as it is on your site though.
Would you mind sending me a link to your site so that I can look into this for you?

Would you mind logging in via FTP and changing the file permissions of the ajax-pro.php file to 755 or 777?

Please advise if you perhaps have an .htaccess file in the ‘plugins’ folder? If so, would it be possible for you to copy and paste the contents here?
If not, would it be possible for you to copy and paste the contents of the .htaccess file in the ‘wp-content’ folder? (Remove your URL in the rewrite rules for security purposes).

Sorry for only getting back to you now.
So glad to hear you have enjoyed our plugin thus far.
Unfortunately the plugin cannot be placed in a widget area using a shortcode at this point in time. Currently, the plugin ‘floats’ at the bottom left, right, or far left, right of the web page.
This is a great idea though and definitely something we will consider for a near future release 🙂
