Sorry but plugin not work fine for me, probably there is a conflict with some library…maybe jquery! The open chat buttons not working in admin panel.

We weren’t able to find the plugin activated on your site to be able to debug on this.
I can see that you have a caching plugin installed though. We have had cases where this has caused issues.
May I ask you to exclude the plugin from being cached and try again?
