The chat will appear on all pages on your site. The Pro version allows you to include/exclude the chat window to specific pages though.
As long as your custom page/template contains the standard WordPress hooks to call the header and footer, it will work as intended 🙂

Please confirm you are using the latest versions? Both are on version 5.0.0

The plugin allows you to initiate a chat with a user manually (You can click on a button to initiate a chat), however this cannot be timed.
You can however set a delay for when the chat window will popup on your site though.

You can see which page the user is on in both the Basic or Pro versions.
You can only have one chat at a time in the free version. The Pro allows for multiple chats at the same time.

The Basic version will only display the chat window when the agent is online/logged into your WordPress dashboard. The option ‘Only show the chat window to users that are logged in’ restricts the chat window to the users that have an account on your website and are actively logged in.

Unfortunately our plugin does not have the functionality to set trading hours at the moment.
The Pro version allows you to specify if you want to be ‘Online’ or not when you are logged in though 🙂

Also, please confirm that you are logged into your WordPress dashboard, and on the ‘Live Chat’ page to accept the chat?
